Karen is a board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of clinical nurse experience. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Grand Canyon University and in 2014 obtained her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. Karen is currently a preferred provider for several Assisted Living Facilities in the East Valley with additional experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Sub-Acute Care, Urgent Care and Family Practice. Karen is an Arizona native, invested in her community with a desire to bring compassionate, exceptional healthcare to our seniors.

Cynthia is a board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2009 she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Arizona State University. She brings a great deal of knowledge and dedication to her work and has a true heart for those whom she cares for. Outside of work she loves spending time with her son, daughter, and their Saint Bernard Puppy.

Tracey is a board -certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and worked as a pediatric nurse for 11 years. Deciding to further her career in the field, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and transitioned into geriatric care in 2021. Along with her desire to help care for her patients, she brings with her a kind, compassionate and true interest in their well-being. In her downtime, Tracey enjoys traveling with her husband and spending quality time with her children.

Jennifer is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and worked as a cardiac nurse. Seeking warmer weather, she moved to Arizona and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 2004. She enjoys developing relationships with her patients, families and communities so she can deliver knowledgeable and focused care to our geriatric population. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures with her children or taking advantage of Arizona's beautiful outdoors.
